Now in its third year, the NT Insurance Industry Awards focus on recognising individuals for their contribution in the Northern Territory.
This year’s awards reflect the conference theme Customer Connection – Opportunity or Challenge, and seeks to recognise those individuals that have demonstrated excellence in their role, as well as help the insurance industry move towards a truly customer centric approach.
Nominations are invited for the below award categories. All category winners will receive $1,500 plus trophy, as well as featuring in the NT News.
The award recognises the Broker that delivers significant value to the insurance process and delivers a service level that is reflective of individual needs, in the course of generating new business, retention and helping clients become more resilient by ensuring their protection and risk management needs are met.
The award recognises outstanding service to the broking market through demonstrating industry and Territory understanding and providing innovative and appropriate protection solutions for customers.
The award recognises outstanding service within the claims process to all claim stakeholders and in the process delivers successful outcomes for all parties.
The award recognises outstanding service to claims teams and impacted individuals, and in the process delivers successful outcomes for all parties.
Each award category will be judged by a panel of peers and leading industry experts.
